## Course arc
Sessions 1–3 = **understand** (landscape → ethics principles → integrity). Sessions 4–5 = **practice** (hands-on tools). Sessions 6–7 = **institutionalize** (write real policy). The whole course funnels toward one tangible artifact each participant leaves with: a **draft institutional AI-use guideline** — Sessions 1–5 are the inputs, Sessions 6–7 are the build.
